StockGenie provides AI-generated stock market analysis for informational purposes only. We are not financial advisors. The information provided, including daily stock picks, does not constitute investment advice, financial planning, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You should conduct your own research and consult with a licensed professional before making any financial decisions. Investing in the stock market involves significant risk, and you may lose your entire investment.
While our AI models process real-time market data from reputable sources, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Market conditions change rapidly, and past performance is never a guarantee of future results.
Please do not use the Service for anything unlawful or in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our systems. We may limit or remove access if someone tries to scrape data at scale, reverse-engineer our models, bypass subscription checks, or otherwise interfere with how the Service works.
Premium features are available via Apple in-app purchases, including a monthly subscription and a lifetime option. Optional add-ons, such as extra picks, are sold separately. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. All billing disputes and refund requests must be handled through Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify purchase status and support your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FROM AMERICA LLC and StockGenie shall not be liable for any financial losses, data loss, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the Service. You use this application at your own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
